Fitbit Charge 3 not working and the screen has a horizontal line

My Fitbit Charge 3 is falling apart. My notifications of texts messages/phone calls stopped working probably six months ago, 'notifications to move' is not working/vibrating now as of three days ago, now the 'steps per hour' readout is not working. It's 5 pm and the readout circle is showing I've only done one hour of the 13 hours today, there's a horizontal line going through the screen, and my battery is draining quickly, like by 12% in twelve hours,  just to name a few issues. I've done a soft reset multiple times over the course of the last week and since that hasn't worked, I tried a hard reset a few times but nothing has helped. I'm now am at a loss as to what to do. It's the weekend, of course, so I can't get in touch with customer support. All I know is that (my) Fitbits only last about 1 to 1.5 years and then they start to fall apart. (And I'm not hard on them at all.) Seems they always begin to die just after the warranty expires so the company doesn't have to send a replacement. How convenient for them. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. In the meantime, anyone know how I can get this thing working again?
