Hi. My Fitbit has has just started vibrating loads and the screen has gone blank. It showed a smiley face for a few minutes then gone blank again. I feel like I can't press the button on the side like I usually do. Can you help please?

It's now flashing the clock on and off and constantly vibrating. It has been doing this since I was in the shower but I often wear it I'm the shower as its meant to be waterproof ?

Hello @Ianrush9. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you for the detailed information and for any step you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd recommend trying to charge your Charge 3 tracker and please test its behavior. If you notice that it experiences any inconveniences to charge, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Regarding your question about waterproof, I recommend visiting this help article for more information: Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?
If the inconvenience persists, my best recommendation is that you please contact our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.
Also, please make sure to provide a brief explanation of the inconvenience and mention the troubleshooting steps you've followed, this way they can assist you from there. You can also explain that you feel the button on your Charge 3 isn't working as it should.
See you around.
