Hi All and Fitbit
I have seen majority of the posts for the grey screen and tried the instructions but unfortunately this has not work. On Tuesday I charged the watch up and the following morning the screen was grey with lines and when trying to start and excerise it would move.
Desparately need a fix as I'm running at and doing Work Hustle with Friends on COmmunity.
would be so grateful if this issue is resolved before lockdown is lifted. The new Fitbit Charge four may have to invest in a new one but need mine to work as I'm trying to build up distance this year...thirty marathons in one year.
please help
