Fitbit Charge 3 screen has a white background... tried everything

Hi!

My Fitbit charge 3 has recently started having a white background. I've tried rebooting it, changing the clock faces and most things mentioned on the forum, however nothing is resolving this. 

 

Any suggestions would be beneficial thank you.
