Fitbit Charge 3 screen is totally black or blank

Hi all,

My Charge 3 went totally black without going back. No smiley face not nothing.

I have tried the long rest and the screen still totally black after.

I cannot change the clock face because my phone is not paired to it.

I tried to set it up, but when I get to the point to add the code that should be displayed on the clock, the screen is still black. I don't see anything.
