My charge 3 screen is white/ grey with lines !! Tried all of the previous suggestions on here and no joy ! Very disappointed - how do I get a replacement please ?? Thanks

I have done all the troubleshooting as well and still have the same problem. What has happened that so many people are having the same problem in the last few hours?🤔
please help. I love my Fitbit but hate when it doesn’t work😤

This has just happened to me too! It works fine, but theres a white line across the screen, straight through the middle.
I've done a soft rest and a hard reset, and it still looks the same. I've only had it a few months!
What else can I do?
