Fitbit Charge 3 showing logo and 001 on screen

My Fitbit Charge 3 showing its logo and a 001 code on the screen. Nothing else is working. I've tried everything I saw in the community forum. My tracker is just vibrating whenever I try pressing it. Kindly fix this soon. I'm living in Kerala, India; So I'm not sure about finding service centre near me.

Thank you for the information and the troubleshooting steps you've followed prior to posting! There are some troubleshooting steps that could help with this inconvenience. Make sure to perform them in case these aren't the steps you followed before. 

Please restart your tracker and if this process doesn't work, perform a long restart by doing the following:

• Plug the device into the charging cable.
• While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.
• Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen.
• Remove the device from the charging cable.
• Plug the device into the charging cable again.
• The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
