Yesterday the screen started having black lines, and today the screen does not work at all. It still vibrates, and I have tried the 8 and 15 seconds resets described in other topics more than a dozen times without success. Please advise.
Mine is doing the same thing, no black lines that I know of but the screen won’t turn on. I found out that if I tap the screen twice I can get the clock to turn on. I have been carry it in my pocket lately bc the extra hand washing has caused my wrist to get irritated and I don’t wear to bed because the screen is too bright at night and wakes me up when I turn over.
