My Fitbit Charge 3 is recording excess active minutes and calories and only the time and steps are available on the device. All other screens are inaccessible. The charge is running down each day and it vibrates constantly when charging. I’ve tried a hard reset as recommended on the forums but the problem has not been resolved.
