Hi,
I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for approximately a year and 3 months. Yesterday after I got out of the shower, my Fitbit was vibrating like crazy and the screen was turning on and off without me even moving or touching it. It has glitched like this in the past, and usually changing the clock face settles the problem, so I tried that. It didn't fix the problem. After a while I tried plugging it in to see if that would help, and it did actually fix the problem...but wait... there's more...
I was relieved, and I put my Fitbit back on my wrist, and it appeared to be working fine. Later on in the evening I went to check my stats for the day and I noticed that the screen was black, and it wouldn't turn on by pressing the button or touching the screen (no vibration either). I tried to sync it to my phone, and it said "No Device Found." It almost seemed like the battery had died, except for two details: 1) The red and green flashing lights on the sensor are still working, and 2) plugging it in did not charge it or cause it to respond.
What on earth is going on here? Is there something I can do to fix it? And if not, is it covered under warranty?
