Fitbit Charge 3 will not vibrate when I receive a phone call...

I updated my iPhone to the latest software and now my Charge 3 does not vibrate when I receive a phone call. I did not change the settings at all. The only notification I have set up is for when I receive a phone call. Please help! Thank you!

I am having the same issue. It is syncing with my steps but not my calls or texts - very frustrating.

Same! My iPhone did the automatic update last night and I’ve tried all work arounds,

yet no luck.

I just upgraded to an iPhone 11 Pro. My Charge 3 no longer vibrates when I get a call or text message. I tried rebooting - doesn’t work. Please advise!!

Mine doesn’t work either. Really it only worked for about a month. Fitbit has been a waste of money.
