For the past 1 year, there was not a single problem to point with my Charge 3 device. But for the past few days, It's not even holding for a day and I haven't set any new setting in the app/device to drain my battery that much quick. I read few suggestions like rebooting/resetting, and long press doesn't even helped.

I'm having the exact same issue. Everything has worked perfectly until a couple days ago. Now my fitbit doesn't last more than a few hours after being fully charged. I haven't changed anything on the device either.
I also tried the rebooting/resetting recommendations.

It would help a lot except that there is no option on my Charge 3 to turn off "quick view"...what's up with that? Also, is it possible to turn off the vibrate feature?

On a side note, please make sure to keep the Fitbit App for your mobile device up to date. @ColoradoStas If you would like to turn the Screen Wake option and Vibration, I recommend setting your Charge 3 into Sleep Mode. When the Sleep Mode is set, the following options are disabled:
Hope this helps.

Thanks but I don't want my fitbit on sleep mode - the screen is too dark to see! My app is up to date and after reading the entire manual, help sections, and this forum, I find that it keeps telling me to turn off "Quick View" yet that does not seem to be an option. I don't need it to turn on every time I move my wrist for heavens sake...this is frustrating as it used to hold a charge for 6-7 days and now it is only for about 3. I don't use it for anything other than keeping track of my steps, sleep, and heart rate. I have all other apps, including notifications and exercise, turned off and still the battery is quickly holding less and less of a charge.
