I have a new Fitbit Charge 3 and I get the smiley face to turn on but it won't complete a set up new device. Can't find Charger 3. Try again. Have done this 27 times.

hi @llvansickle I can see the issue you are facing but have you deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it... and then connect
