Hi,
My Charge 4 crashes/shuts down with enough battery power left. If I connect it to the charges and press the button for 8 seconds it is active again, with the remaining battery power (e.g. 60%). I don't get any message on my App.
This problems is new, since a week or two. Before everything worked perfect.
What's the cause and how to resolve?
