I'm now seeing issues with my new Charge 4 - I've only had it since June/21 - all of a sudden it isn't tracking my walks more than 10 mins - which it is set for, nor is it tracking my run/jogging more than 10 mins which it is set for detecting. Additionally, it's also stopped notifying me when I'm in active zone mins - usually at 10 min mark? All settings under both walk & run are "on" (detect, gps & heart zone notifications) I've done both hard and soft reboots. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing has changed in my profile/personal settings. Any other suggestions on how to get these to track again???

Probably not the answer you want to hear, but if you use the Exercise App to record workout instead of relying of auto-recognize, it will always be recorded, regardless of the length.

Thanks, never had to do that before but I guess whatever works - just a pain that several of the "perks" of each Fitbit decide to not work and you have to figure out a workaround - not exactly a glowing endorsement of the tool.😞
