I tried to replace strap but the black attachment on watch snapped off! Can it be repaired?!

@lstoneham Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the band fastening mechanismus of your Fitbit Charge 4. 

Currently there are no spare parts nor repairs avaialble for Fitbit devices. I have seen some third party alternatives that have worked for other users. Let me see if I can find the other threads. I will get back to you.

V disappointed that Fitbit cannot repair so think I'll just go back to pace counter in my mobile!
