Hello,
I have a Charge 4 for some time now and recently the battery charge is dropping very quick. I rebooted the watch but not the tracking of movement is not working either.
So i have two problems, battery lifespan and tracking. I have tried rebooting of the watch but no luck

@SunsetRunner Thanks for your input.
@Irena23 Good day to you. Thanks for reaching out about the battery life of your Charge 4 and the fact it is no longer tracking movement.
Appreciate you taking the initiative to solve this on your own. In this case I recommend you take a look at the tips in the following article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?. Try them out and check if the battery life improves.
Regarding the tracking of movement, I guess it is not longer tracking steps. Make sure you have restarted your device according to the instructions on this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

I fear that both issues are related to “end of battery life”…. Too bad no replacement options are available.

So sad. It didn’t lasted long. Not even two years.
