My fitbit has stopped swiping so I can't get at timers, exercises etc. Tried the Charge 3 fixes but that hasn't worked

If you long press the side button you see 3 options, you likely enabled SLEEP by mistake, just press that and SCREEN WAKE will enable again. I’m hoping that was the issue.

I've had this issue for years happening every now and then. The only way I can solve the issue is by connecting it to the charger, holding down the button til the device reboots. fitbit seems to have no idea how to fix this issue. Likely an issue with their software.

Hi thanks for your response eng3. I have tried this and no luck - even waited until it had fully discharged and tried to reboot it that way but again no luck. I can swipe up and down but not sideways, really frustrating. Good luck with your device

Have you tried restarting the Charge 4? Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm If that fails I’d try contacting Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hmm, I guess my issue is different. I can swipe to the screen where it says exercise but can't go further.
