Does anyone else have this problem? I have 3 broken FitBit Charges with the same problem. I sleep in them but I’m not rough with them.
I wear an Apple Watch, gold and bracelets without a problem. Just saying.
I contacted FitBit and the offer me a discount to buy another one. 🙄

@Odyssey13 Thanks for your help!
@Carmiepn @zoeLeeds76 Good day to you. Thanks for reaching out about the band of your Charge 4. I am glad to read you have contacted support already.
@Carmiepn Given that you received a coupon towards the purchase of a new device, your warranty must have been over. In this case the alternative shared by @Odyssey13 could help you out.
@zoeLeeds76 I was informed that your inquiry was successfully reported to the support team. They will provide you with a suitable resolution.

Hi @Carmiepn many with this problem have gone to Amazon and purchased a "protective cover band for Charge 4" which allows you to use the pebble portion. The band completely encompasses the pebble portion and lets you keep using it. There are several sellers and from what I've seen, the cost is under $23. Might be worth checking it out.

Hi Odyssey13, Thank You so much for your quick response. Is the photo above what you are referring to??

Yes @Carmiepn that looks like one of them. I use a Luxe, but I've seen members post about that band on the forums. It does require you to remove it entirely in order to charge, but at least you can keep using it.

Hi mines just done exactly the same. I tried to take it back to the store but it’s just out of warranty. I don’t wear it that often and although I sleep in it to use the silent alarm I wouldn’t say I’m overly rough with it. I will try speaking to Fit it direct see what they can do.

Thank you, this helps!
I get it, I'm not rough with mine at all. Maybe Fitbit will help you but they only gave me a coupon to buy another one.
