Fitbit Charge 4 - not charging

Hi all, not sure what’s wrong with my Fitbit chatge 4 but it will not charge! I have done everything the Fitbit site says to try, the only response I get from it is in a hard reboot, it’ll then flash a smiley face and weird lines over the screen and shut off again. 

It died a few nights ago, I put it on charge and thought nothing of it. Went back in the morning and it was not responding 

 

I have cleaned the watch and the charger, I’ve confirmed both the cord and brick are okay but putting my husbands exact same watch onto it - his is working fine! 

my Fitbit is just on a year old and I’ve never had a problem with it!!

I assume, according to your description, that you already read this:  Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If that's the case, then give our team a call or chat with them so that they get a closer look at your Charge 4.
