I recently bought the Fitbit Charge 4. The Fitbit registers 9.61 km instead of 10.35 km. I ran the route many times and recorded it using Strava on my phone. How can my phone register 10.35 km for this route and Fitbit 9.61 km?
My friend also dit the same route, and his Apple watch also registers 10+ km for the route, so the Fitbit Charge 4 is not recording the route correctly... How can I fix this?
