Fitbit Charge 4 snapped off wristband again within 6 months

Not sure what’s happening with Fitbit I have had a number of devices and the last 2 years they just keep breaking from the main device connected to wristband, it looks like it’s a fault.  But I can’t seem to find an email for customer service etc.
