Not sure what’s happening with Fitbit I have had a number of devices and the last 2 years they just keep breaking from the main device connected to wristband, it looks like it’s a fault.  But I can’t seem to find an email for customer service etc.

Hi @Readie56  customer support has no email service, but their chat or phone is available. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
