I bumped to a wall and scraped my Fitbit charge 4 and the band came off. I have tried several time to reattach and doesn't stay. I purchased a new band and it won't stay attached. Any suggestions

Hi @Clemey when you hit the wall, did it break the plastic connector to the pebble part of the Fitbit? That is probably what broke and is preventing the new band to stay attached. If that is the case, there is no repair for it, just replacement.

I've been having issues with my band too.
Fitbit support have sent me a couple of replacements.
I received the second one just today, (up until now I've be using the woven one) I put the Black replacement on and just pushed it up a little bit and the whole catch came off.
My experience with the charge 4 has not been the best.

II contacted support, they replayed promptly and were most helpful. They offered me a replacement which I thought was fair.

Wonderful news @IlonaT and thanks for letting us know. When it arrives, set it up as a replacement on an existing account and your history will be there to continue your journey.
