Hi, I have a Fitbit Charge HR which hasn't been used for quite a while. I want to use it again and it is syncing to the App and is showing as fully charged, but whenever it is off the charger it's screen is blank.
I have tried resetting it, and it goes through the motions correctly - when i have it on charge, the full battery icon shows and I hold the button in for about 10 seconds and then the version shows (version 128), then I take it off the charger but from there the screen is blank and nothing happens. I also found instructions for a factory reset online, but that doesn't seem to work either (eventually a screen should come up when the Fitbit is off the charger that says ERASE, but this doesn't happen).
I'd be grateful for any advice to get it going again. (The green lights flash when I first put it on the charger too, if that helps).
