Hello.. I am new with the fitbit family. I was given as a gift a fitbit hr because at my golden age, I am starting to work out and count steps.   All off a sudden my fitbit is not working. (after 4 months) I cannot return it because it was a gift from out of town.  Should I return it somewhere?  Yes it  has been charged. lol... Please advise...  Thank you

Can you please be more specific about "not working"?

That can mean very different things to many different people. Some would say it's "not working" if the step count is off a bit or if it doesn't recognize some activity.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

"Not working"...I changed my fitbit charge hr band today.  The band will not keep a charge and the side part that you push to go from time, to steps, to heart beat does not stay in place. StjbSent from my Verizon LG Smartphone

@Stjb Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you experienced with your Charge HR battery power and display.

I'm glad to read you changed it already. Is the new one working fine?

@JohnnyRow Thanks for your help and support on this thread.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
