Fitbit Charge HR connects to my Computer but not to my Phone App?

I just set up my Charge HR, and managed to connect it to my computer and the fitbit app for windows, but when I open the fitbit app on my phone, it says the Charge HR is already set up to my account, but won't sync using the Android app! Can someone please help me?
