I have tried several steps ensuring that my Fitbit will connect to my phone, but it will not connect, I am out of options, what do I do?

You want the Fitbit app to connect to your Charge HR. We are not trying to connect the Charge HR to the phone.

 

Is this a sync problem or are you setting up the Charge HR to your Fitbit account?
