I just received my 2nd Charge HR watch except this one will not work. The button on the side when pressed will not show anything on the screen. When I plug it into the charging cable the screen turns and shows that the battery is completely full but it will ONLY show the battery. If I try to restart the watch, I hold it for 10 to 12 seconds per instructions and it just shows a battery with an exclamation mark inside the battery. My other fitbit charge HR got destroyed so how do I fix this one?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your new Charge HR not responding. Thanks a lot for trying to restart it. I'll be happy to help you out with this.
I'd like to know if even when your tracker's display seem not to be responding, you were able to set it up and it's syncing or not. The battery with the exclamation mark means that the tracker has not power, so if it's a new tracker, I'd say that this means that you need to put it to charge for at least one hour to complete the setup process and for the tracker in general to work fine.
