I am having the same problem as many other users state on a previous thread related to the fitbit device not being able to be added. A multitude of people have posted about this and it seems that fitbit has been negligent on providing a fix. Should I shop elsewhere in the future?

@scottttyb Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Charge HR not setting up on your account.
In this case, I'd recommend trying all of these set up troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. Try the steps in the order given for best results.
