I have just received a new fitbit Charge HR and I can not get it to connect through either the app or with the wireless sync dongle. I have tried resetting my fitbit many times. I don't know if i should contact customer support, but that seems that this is where that is heading. Any help or feedback is appreciated.

The Charge HR has been out of production for several years now. We are now on the Charge 3. Where did you buy this as it is clearly out of warranty with Fitbit. I would return it.

I had this issue for the past 3 days, and then I decided to just try to pair it and leave the app open and both my phone and Fitbit on the side, I checked it 30 minutes later and it was paired. Wierd I know, but something to try.

I had this issue in 2018. It didn't sync for days. I spent hours on it while watching movie. In the end, it did sync. But the next day, it stopped syncing again. So I decided to throw it away. I didn't buy any of those devices again. Just exercise on my own feels better and is more private.
