My Fitbit screen is completely black and refuses to turn on. It has about half its battery left according to the app, but it has stopped responding. This issue has happened to me once before about a month ago, and I was able to reset it using the plug it in and hold down the button method. This time, however, it isn’t working. I also tried updating my app and changing the clock face but no luck. Any advice on how to get it to turn on or reset?

I am in thr same situation,after fitbit gone from the period of garancie is not working anymore,just on app on the phone i can use it .
