My Fitbit charge 2 has not been calculating any active minutes even though I have exercised and the calories are not accurate.  I have already done a hard reset and that hasn’t worked. For example, I ran on the treadmill for 50 minutes today and it recorded the exercise but it said I only burned 46 calories and no active minutes.

I’ve experienced the same thing. My run initially showed about 1.2K calories burned. I coincidentally took a photo to share on Instagram today. About 2 hours later all my calorie tracking is completely off. It’s being shown that I only burned about 100cal during my run and my FitBit is also not syncing.
