Fitbit Flight game on Charge 2 doesn't score

I get the game quite often when I achieve my targets, but it has never scored. You can play it but    the scoring doesn't work. The game arrives on 5 and the score never changes from 5. 

Does anyone else have this problem- or suggestions?

I have tried restarting several times but it makes no difference to the game - which still isn't scoring.

Should I return my Fitbit under warranty or is there something else I can try?
