I haven't used my Fitbit HR in around 3 years and now I want to Sync it... but the Sync button is no longer at the top of the page?

You have never been able to sync on the computer. Unless you have the connect software installed. If you do then open it and you will see how to sync it

 

You need to sync it on the phone
