you can stop sending me a reminder to use my 25% discount code to attempt to remedy my defective Charge 3. So disappointing you think this is a fair solution! I would NEVER spend one more dollar on a unit when this one lasted 16 months and rep said the issues I am experiencing are currently being worked on by product support-that’s called defective and not “outside of our warranty policy”! (Unreadable/dim display and very short battery life) Moving to a more supported brand of watch. Thank you!

Same here display is not working properly and customet service tells me it is out of warranty and take a new one with 25% discount i will not spend a single dollar on such device thenceforth poor quality products

I just ordered a Amazfit Bip on Amazon for $70. Does all that Charge 3 does with constant bright screen display and lasts about 10-15 days on single battery charge! 🙂 Goodbye Fitbit, there are options people!! Look at the CNET review online for more details. Beats the 25% discount for a 13 month Fitbit product (defective just outside of warranty)!! Disappointing!!!
