This morning, the plastic nubs that connect my Charge 4 to the wristband broke off.
I bought it from Amazon back in August 2020, so the warranty that I bought with it has more than likely ended. Should I just buy a new FitBit?

I was able to buy a new band at Walmart. Their store brand works great and was reasonably priced.

sadly a new band won’t help if the connectors have broken off the pebble as it’s the connectors that “hold” the band.
I have been through 2x charge 4 with this issue (just received a new Charge 5 as a replacement today)

This happened to me on the same exact day! I am also curious as to what to do. I hope we find some answers because these should last longer than they have. Mine is only around a year old!

Good luck. There's a HUGE thread on this topic from 2020/2021 that they closed comments on. This is a very common problem with the Charge 4 design. My second just broke again this week.

The plastic piece that connects to the strap on my Charge 4 tracker sheared off. I was able to successfully fix it! Search for "Broken strap connector: Successfully repaired! DIY"
