Fitbit and Strava not syncing.

I’m currently using a Fitbit Charge 4 and I just followed the prompts on Strava app on how to sync them both.

They’ve never synced—as in my Strava logs no activity at all from Fitbit.

I can’t find the .tcx bit mentioned in an older post here and I’ve also reconnected both apps on multiple occasions. Still nothing.

Any tips/help?

I moved your post from the Charge 6 product help forum to the Other Charge Trackers product help forum since you mention you have a Charge 4.

By any chance, did you post about this under a different account? I see this post using the exact same wording but under a different user name.

There is currently an issue on Fitbit's side that affects syncing between 3rd party apps and the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. Until they fix the issue, there's nothing that we can do on our side.
