The last sync was today at 12.20 but now he won't sync anymore because he can't find my charge. I have already turn off bluetoothe and than turn it on. No difference. Than I restarted my charge 3 but still he can't find my charge 3. I had before a charge 2 but I have not so much trouble with it as with the charge 3.

Hi, sorry to bother you but I have to ask... How did you fix this problem? Mine has been acting up for 4days now- not fun! Would greatly appreciate any help you can give. Thx.

I have restarted everything. I restarted my charge 3 several times but that did not help. Than at last I restarted my phone that did help. I hope it will solve your problem.
