Since the app update two weeks ago my app doesn’t register training. I’ve tried to reastart the fitbit but didn’t help...

Hello @dmbell are we referring to recorded activity or active minutes?

We know there is an issue with the Android app and active minutes.

Since it has been a while since a Blaze update and activity on the Blaze is calculated in the cloud, not the Blaze after a sync, I would also think this would affect other trackers.

Hi

I'm manually starting a walk and my charge 2 by pressing the button and its cutting off and going back to the home screen after just 2 minutes.

Any ideas how to sort this one out?

@Busterboy33  @Cleveskold @barbygal  I hope you're doing well! If you haven't please try the restart on your tracker and then try activity mode to record them. You could also try the suggestions in my previous posts.

@dmbell  thank you for your report about the issue being investigated by Support. At this time I don't have any updates but if I get one I will gladly let you know.

@Rich_Laue thank you for your help.

I'll be around.

I just found out today that the portion of the Fitbit app that wasn't working correctly for me is called MobileRun.  You can only track run, walk, or hike.  When I was trying to track walks it was registering as runs.  An update has come out for the Fitbit app and I updated it today.  I used it and am back in business again.  It's has only taken since mid-Jan to fix this.  😞

I use this a lot when I walk my dogs and go shopping when your arms are stationary and are not swinging (movement) plus you get a GPS map of where you've been, which I really like.
