Hi guys!
My mom's fitbit charge 2 stopped to track her sleep. When I tryed to fix it by reconfig from the app, it's not allowing me to add sleep option.
Following bellow some prints from the app.
Here the option available for me to setup -> Image 1
Here the Sleep option doesn't allow me to select it -> Image 2
Staff, please help me.

Let me help you with your mother's sleep data not showing. Do you get any error message? I couldn't see the pictures you shared but you can add pictures to your post if you use a web browser like Firefox or Chrome on your computer. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Make sure that your mother's tracker has synced and allow it some time as it may take some time to upload the sleep data and if it is being processed then it may block logging any sleep for the same timeframe.
