I have a perfectly working Charge 4 Fitbit but logging in tonight to look into where my battery meter (on my app interace) went with the recent update I see there does not seem to be a Forum for Charge 4 any more?  What the heck?  Super disappointing Fitbit!

Ahhh, thank you so much for the link Wibby, didn't see that forum anywhere.  I love my Charge 4 too and it works perfectly fine so it's annoying it doesn't have it's own forum anymore, I can't be the only one out there with Charge 4. 🤔

Hello @Jam2018

It looks like they've joined the older Charge Communities together and it's now called 'Other Charge Devices' (I think).

Anyway, here's a link to it:

Other-Charge-Trackers

Good luck!  I loved my Charge 4 and it now lives happily with the friend I passed it on to.

Hi there, @Jam2018@Wibby Thanks for stopping by to help our members.

@Jam2018 Thanks for your question and before anything else, let me clarify that the posts related to the Charge 4 were merged into the Other Charge Trackers board to keep our previous devices together with their respective family group. I appreciate your feedback and I've moved your post as well in order to keep the forums organized.

In regards to your inquiry, I'd like to share with you that our team brought a new update for the Fitbit app so you can stay focused on your goals, whilst having your information right on hand. While the battery percentage isn't available, you can check the battery level on your device itself, or on the Fitbit app under your device's settings. Let me recommend checking this great post shared by @EstuardoFitbit.

I have just been chatting on live chat and apparently the new app doesn't show battery status anymore and that is for all fitbits

@Jc1961 Welcome on board.

Thanks for contacting our team via chat prior to posting. Instead of showing the battery percentage, you'll find the battery level on the Fitbit app by tapping the Devices button at the upper left corner. Note that you can also check the battery level directly on your Fitbit device. For more information, let me recommend this post.

Very poor new app. It shows ‘medium’ for example and doesn’t show % charged. It also is incredibly slow to synch. Yesterday I did 10,025 steps but the App show 5,785! I hate the thing and am amazed the that you have gone backwards. Won’t buy your products unless fixed.

It's annoying please revert it back. Also my top lists have changed from miles, steps etc and I don't want them, at the tip. How can I rearrange, omit and add other things please?
