The Fitbit app and the charge 2 are losing the live heart rate after a charge 2 reboot and log out and login. This is beyond frustrating. Please FIX IT. I am almost tempted to buy an Apple Watch and call it a day. I just want it to work. Thank you.

Hello, please help me resolve this issue. I recently updated my phon ex to the latest OS and the heart rate function is still not working!
