Fitbit app isn’t opening on my on my iPhone

When I try to open my Fitbit app I just see a white screen and then it crashes . No data upload or sync happening

I am also having this problem and my clock and date on my charge 2 is now off

Having the exact same problem, it’s so frustrating. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off, phone off and back on. Continuously bouncing me out! It worked about an hour and half ago.

The same thing is happening to me so I guess it is a FITBIT problem rather than us

Same thing here, only I use an Android phone. Since yesterday the app freezes during syncing. I close the app and afterwards it won't open, I only get the white screen. Deleting the app and reinstalling it fixes the problem, but only until the next time I want to sync more data. Deleting and reinstalling every time I'd like to sync my data is a bit impractical, really. *sigh*

Does deleting and reinstalling app make you loose your data or will it reload

There is an ongoing bug with the iOS app that's causing it to crash on opening. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates and suggestions:

No, the data is still all there when you reinstall the app. It's stored to
your user account online.
