Hi so I’ve recently sinked my Fitbit to the app to find that it hasn’t recorded my activity correctly. For example when I went on big hike the other day I set it off a run on my Fitbit so I could see how far I walked and how many steps I had done etc. When I finished the walk I ha burnt around 1,019 calories (which is what it said on the screen) but then when I sinked it to the app its only recorded it as 143 calories. It also says that we have not done any steps on the walk whereas we did at lest 20,000 steps. However on the daily overview screen thingy it has recorded my daily stats correctly apart from it says I have done no active minutes. Is there anything you can suggest to help fix this?

@Ava_king Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your missing exercise information. Since this data is missing from the app even though the daily totals are correct then I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Additionally try checking these exercises through a web browser at fitbit.com.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi thank you for your feedback. I’ve tried what you have suggested and it has recorded my new active information correctly however the data that I sinked before is still incorrect, is there anyway to fix this or has the old data been lost now?
