Fitbit app isn’t syncing with fitnesspal app. Both apps were connected but not now. Steps don’t log on fitnesspal app or food from fitnesspal app don’t log food Fitbit app.

I have put it on chrge for one week I couldnot attend the watch now I charge it it is either charging nor synchronising what shall I do?

@Carr1elou there is an ongoing issue with the link to MyFitnessPal. According to the latest updates from MyFitnessPal they are close to fixing it so we just have to wait a little longer. @Appachen try restarting the fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
If that doesn't help then it's probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
