Fitbit app not allowing me to manually add anything or view data

My fitbit is logging my steps and everything however, it won't let me add food, water or exercise and I can't click on icons to view sleep data or anything.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not working as it should. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date.

I have the same problem. Everything worked 2 days ago then today I cannot view any data on the activities showing on the home page and cannot manually entry/ modify any activity. I have force quit the app, switched off and on my iPhone twice, used WiFi only,?data only, has the phone plugged on the supply power, used it without,.... I have run out of ideas. The only think I have not done is delete the app and reinstalled it ( I have checked for updates and there are none available) but I don’t want to lose my data.
