Chat solved. Iphone; Settings, Fitbit, set bluetooth to on -
Somehow after the IOS upgrade it was moved to off - Solved but also do all the resets and even though the device is not yet discovered in Bluetooth run the app and it connects and solves the Bluetooth connection.
