I've had my Charge 2 for 2 years probably. The device keeps measuring and showing the heart rate but it does not appear on the app. When I open the app it says No measurements which is strange because I wear my Charge 2 almost all day, everyday. Been doing this for 5 days now. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting the device and keeps showing No measurements

Hi @Yarytl, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which device you're currently using to sync your Fitbit? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Is your Charge 2 measuring your heart rate normally but at the moment you sync the information it's not shown on your account or is your device not tracking heart rate data at all? In the meantime I receive your answers, please follow the next steps:
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions,

You're welcome @Yarytl, sorry for the delay in responding.
Thanks for the details that were shared with me. So we can move forward with this situation, can you please send me a screenshot of your Fitbit account not showing heart rate information? You can refer to this post to attach an image into your post. Please make sure that the Fitbit app and your Charge 2 are up to date.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, If you don't mind me jumping in as it sound similar to my Charge 2 issue.
I have been using the Fitbit apps (running on Sony XZ) and Charge2 together to track my exercise.
It used to report many statistics like distance, splits and heat rate of my running. Since the middle of August (after the Fitbit Apps software upgrade), it stopped reporting the heart rate; all other statistics are still there and the reporting of the heart rate throughout the day is still functioning.
I reported the problem to Fitbit support three weeks ago and was told it is an known issue. I was given the case number and one comment from the support is:
Our team is aware of the heart rate data not showing on the exercise details and we are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I shall let the moderator to comment whether you have a different issue to mine.

I have a similar issue but mine is more recent. My Heart rate is working on the Fitbit device itself. On the app, it very recently stopped showing the flashing heart and rate. Now, it shows the updated resting heart rate each day and if it modifies through the day, it updates that number. However, it does not show active heart rate. But, if I click on that part of the app it opens up and shows the graph if I click on today's resting heart rate. I tried force stop and restarting phone. Other data is coming through in real-time.
