Fitbit app not showing sleep, steps, and heart rate on iOS app.

My iPhone's Fitbit dashboard has stopped showing sleep, steps, and heart rate. Instead is only displaying calories burned.

I’m having the same issues! Except nothing is displaying, not even my steps! Very frustrating

Same on my iPhone app. Must be an issue on their end. Sure it will be updated soon

I have a FITBIT Charge 3 and has the same issue. App isn’t showing steps and sleep and is showing only calories. Looks like this got to do with some update installed automatically. I can still see my tracker listed and is syncing perfectly fine. They need to send new update to fix this

Read on another thread : go to settings , Bluetooth and forget the device , upon re linking the charge 3 most seems to be fixed

I have the same problem, woke up this morning and Fitbit working but the App is not showing any information!!!

Mine started after charging charge 3 tonight , took advice from others and
in Bluetooth I forgot device then re paired it .. it kinda fixed it but
just kinda .. not 100% yet .. this last update must have messed all sorts
of stuff up
