I have the Fitbit charge and I am trying to sync it to MyFitnessPal, it is not tracking my steps and I am taking or the calories that I am burning. Rather I would have to manually put that all in. Please help if anyone knows how to fix this problem!

Hi, I have the same issue. MyFitnessPal is having sync issues with FitBit. Sometimes it syncs late in the day. MyFitnessPal recommends waiting, and if no sync in 24 hours, then unlink your MFP account from FitBit by revoking access, log out and then delink the accounts. You can also try to turn Bluetooth off and back on. There have been periodic issues with the sync between FitBit and MFP for a couple years now, especially in the early months of a new year. Mostly new devices being added and linked, I suppose!

My charge 4 and MFP haven't been syncing for a few days either. I have tried absolutely everything, even deleting apps and revoking access. Sometimes it will update overnight and be fine in the morning for the past day. This morning, nothing. It is not syncing at all! I wish they'd find a permanent fix to this because it seems to be a constant problem. Having these two apps linked has helped me so much with my weight loss.

@Amorrison5 @SunsetRunner @meg40185 It's great to have you here!
Sorry to hear about this. As @SunsetRunner said, the syncing is between the apps not directly from the tracker to MFP. You can always try the official troubleshoots from MFP here and check this article from them to stay up to date regarding the improvements/fixing of this issue.
Hope this helps.
